I thrive in the Cinematic space.
I've got extensive experience in videogame cinematics, particularly in the development and setup of cutscenes. As an animator with a film background, pre-production and previs is really where I shine. I do storyboards, 3d previs, layout, mocap directing, and rough block-in in order to get cinematic scenes up and running and ready for teams to execute on. I also am well versed in cinematography and good framing of a scene, and enjoy taking a script/concept and making sure the scene stays true to the needs/tone/feel of that narrative. At my core, my love for story is what I base all my skillsets around.
I myself am very experienced in working with mocap, but also still have handkey/keyframe skills as well. I've got a lot of experience in facial animation, as I know that good face animation is often key in selling narrative moments. I also have experience directing shoots as well as video editing.
I have spent the past several years guiding and leading teams in cinematic production, as well as mentoring and helping grow animators.
